Post #8 にほんごのほうがく

 As a Political Science major who intends to go to law school for International/Global Criminal Law, I decided to take a look at the legal system in Japan. I found this to be incredibly interesting as it does differ from the US legal system, but also retains some similarities.

One of the things that I understood to be the same between the US and Japan legal system is that it's based on codes and statues while also following the precedents set in previous cases. I've linked a video down below for anyone who's interested.
